Interior Design In Sheet Metal

Sheet metal is an affordable and sustainable building material that offers flexibility when decorating an interior. You can use reclaimed metal {or fake the rusty appearance} and pair it with wood for a more rustic vibe, or use other variations to create a more industrial, eclectic, or modern look. Painting it is another option, which we especially love when used on exteriors.

Chocolate Extrusion Head's Modification

Maitre Chocolatier is born or made? Well, when it comes to creating original chocolate mixes you will probably be born, but if you want to succeed in the art of pastry, then everyone can be made: you just need to have the right tools and equipment. Replacing the print head with something able to inject into an extruder a moldable food, such as cream, chocolate, jellies, but also soft batters, allows to produce sweet and savory products with decorations and shapes also particularly challenging.

Creogenic Sauna Design

Whole body cryotherapy (WBC) was initially intended for use in a clinical setting to treat patients with conditions such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis, and although WBC is provided in over 50 European hospitals and medical clinics, it has now been implemented in many spas, and athletic training facilities as well. Elite athletes have recently reported using the treatment to alleviate delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) after exercise.Recently, recreational athletes have started to emulate elite athletes in using these treatments after exercise.

Drawings
Outsourcing CAD Drawings
More and more projects require CAD Drawings of some kind. The requirements are set out in the contract. Submission of the relevant drawings are usually requested prior to proceeding with install, fabrication or manufacture. The electronic CAD files (2D or 3D) produced by a CAD Services can be used/changed or compared by all disciplines involved in a project. Further, CAD files are used for direct implications into the manufacturing process (such as DXF or NC files for Steel fabrication and STL files for 3D printing).
Architectural Design Elements Production

Structural engineering involves the analysis and design of physical objects (buildings, bridges, equipment supports, towers and walls). Those concentrating on buildings are responsible for the structural performance of a large part of the built environment and are, sometimes, informally referred to as "building engineers". Structural engineers require expertise in strength of materials and in the seismic design of structures covered by earthquake engineering.

Equipment Design

Today, yoga is no longer something that’s only practiced by Buddhist monks or Hindu spiritualists. There’s flow yoga, hot yoga and power yoga. There’s even broga (yoga for men) and doga (yoga for people with dogs).

Many assembly technics also have something in common with yoga: Flexibility.

It’s the key to “tree,” “warrior” and other types of yoga poses. Flexibility is also vital to production environments that demand a high degree of variation.

Industrial Design & Mechatronics

We do an intensive study of existing products making specific note of their strengths and weaknesses. We learn about your target market to assure their needs are met. We examine materials that would be beneficial in their application both in design and manufacturing. Once that research is completed we further develop the concept and initiate ideation – the preliminary sketches of what your idea might look like.

Custom Standard & Inflatable Packaging

Our in-house design team can develop a custom solution for your products. We offer a quick turnaround on design, and samples are delivered on a timely basis. We and our partners are committed to understanding your specific packaging needs. Our goal is to find you a total solution which will protect your products in transit as well as reduce overall shipping, warehousing and related labor costs, thus increasing your overall packaging productivity.

Outsourcing Measurement as Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering involves producing 3-D images of manufactured parts when a blueprint is not available in order to remanufacture the part. To reverse engineer a part, the part is measured by a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). As it is measured, a 3-D wire frame image is generated and displayed on a monitor. After the measuring is complete, the wire frame image is dimensioned. Any part can be reverse engineered using these methods.

Clinching Sheet Metal Press

Clinch-locking should not be used without caution, but it can be considered a competitive method. If a product design requires the use of pre-painted materials, or dissimilar (metallurgically incompatible) metals, then a non-welding joining process, such as self-locking method must be used. However, if the product design specifies the use of metallurgically compatible metals, then resistance welding may be the alternative process to join them.
